These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Glute Gains Blueprint, including the training app, Glute Gains Blueprint (Book One), and Mind-Muscle Mindset (Book Two) (together, the "Product"), made available at glutegainsblueprint.com (the "Site") by Glute Gains Blueprint ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you're buying
The Product is a digital training system: a mobile training app, a program book, and a mindset book, delivered as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your payment grants you a personal license to access and use the Product as described in Section 3 — it is not a transfer of ownership of the Product's content.
2. Access & delivery
After a successful purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to access the app and both books. This link is personal to you as the purchaser. We reserve the right to revoke or change access for any link found to be shared publicly, sold, or distributed to non-purchasers.
3. License grant
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own individual training purposes. You may not:
- Share, publish, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute your access link or the Product's content to anyone who has not purchased it;
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the app, either book, or their content (text, photos, video, or design) for public or commercial use;
- Use the Product to create a derivative or competing product.
All content, design, and code that make up the Product remain the intellectual property of Glute Gains Blueprint.
4. Payment & pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and charged at the time of purchase through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details — Stripe handles that directly. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; it does not affect the price you already paid.
5. Refund policy
Because the Product is delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase, all sales are final. That said, if something is genuinely wrong on our end — you can't access the material, a link is broken, or you were charged in error — email support@glutegainsblueprint.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll review it case-by-case.
Health & fitness disclaimer: The Product provides general fitness education and training guidance. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a physician or qualified healthcare provider. Talk to your doctor before beginning this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an existing injury, or have any medical condition that could be affected by physical activity. You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury from performing the exercises described in the Product. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise.
6. Limitation of liability
The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glute Gains Blueprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including injury, loss of data, or lost results — arising from your use of the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes to the Product or these Terms
We may update the app, either book, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Product after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Glute Gains Blueprint operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
