What's inside
One purchase.
Three tools.
You don't need to piece together another routine from saved videos — knowing an exercise and knowing how to train it are two different things. The books explain the concepts and the technique; the app helps you apply them, workout by workout. Learn the movements, understand your effort, and build a record of the work you actually did.
The app
Open your next workout and see your exercises, sets, fixed rep targets, tempo, and effort target. Use Tempo Coach for visual and audio pacing, then record the work you completed.
- 36 sequential workouts across a 12-week training structure
- Weight, reps, and reps-in-reserve logging
- Exercise history and next-target guidance

Your training log,
in the browser.
Everything you log in the app shows up here too — on a laptop, at a desk, wherever you actually sit down and look at your training. Both books are readable in the same place. One sign-in, nothing to install.
- A note that reads your log. Not a generic tip — it names the lift and the number you actually hit.
- Every set, charted. Top-set weight per movement, from your first session to your latest.
- Personal records, found for you. Flagged the moment they happen, counting only clean sets.
- 36 workouts, tracked. What is done, what is in progress, what is left.
Client experiences
From clients who've
trained with the system.
The Blueprint gave me a structured plan that fits my schedule. The explanations of technique and the weekly workout schedules are so easy to follow. I noticed a difference immediately!— Sarah
I'm in the fitness industry. Tempo training isn't something I see most trainers emphasize. This does a really good job prioritizing it over just adding weight or doing more reps.— Genevieve
I've used this system and have been doing the workouts with my training partner. The tips on glute activation make a huge difference. We appreciate you!— Maria
The visual cues and video instructions remind me of the proper technique during my workouts. The concept of consistent tempo keeps me accountable to each rep. This has been great so far.— Riley
The concepts in the books made performing correct technique much easier. I also don't feel like I have to go as heavy or as hard on every workout.— Sophie
Build your training skills
Learn it.
Practice it.
Make it yours.
The program starts with learning the movements and develops across a cycle of training and recovery. Familiar exercises give you room to practice while the prescribed work changes.
Progress can mean better control at the same weight. When your performance shows you're ready, it can mean a small increase. Good form and the right tempo stay part of the standard.

FAQ
Questions,
answered.
How often will I train?
The program is built around three glute-focused sessions per week, with recovery between them. There are 36 workouts. You can take longer than 12 calendar weeks to complete the sequence.
How do I choose my weight?
Choose a weight that lets you finish the prescribed reps with good form, the right tempo, and roughly the target number of good reps left. Log your performance and use the guidance to decide whether to keep that weight or adjust it.
What does RIR mean?
RIR means reps in reserve: how many more good reps you think you could have completed. If your target is 2 RIR, finish with about two more reps available while keeping the same form and tempo.
Do I need gym access or equipment?
A suitably equipped gym is the clearest fit for the complete program. It uses weights, a bench or stable platform, a cable setup, a hip-abduction machine, and a 45-degree hip-extension station. Check the exercise requirements before buying; don't assume every movement has an app-supported home substitute.
Do I have to count the tempo myself?
Tempo Coach can guide the timing with visual and audio cues. You control the movement and record the reps you actually completed.
What if I miss a workout?
Return to the next workout when you're recovered and ready. You don't need to skip ahead or double up because the calendar moved on.
Is this a subscription?
No. The offer is a one-time $34 payment for lifetime access to the app and both books.
Does this include individual coaching?
This is a self-guided training and education system. It provides instructions and structure; it does not watch your form or provide individual coaching.
